The former Swedish House Mafia members revealed their joint project to BBC Radio 1 host Zane Lowe on the weekend, who premiered their new live show opener on his show. The two artists also fused their Facebook pages together under their “Axwell Λ Ingrosso” moniker in an unprecedented social media merger.
Additionally, the duo unveiled joint headline performances at a series of summer festivals, including New York’s Governor’s Ball on June 8th and Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas on June 22nd.
“I was lucky enough to go down to the studio this week, listen to a whole bunch of songs, some finished some almost there,” says Lowe. “It’s going to be incredible. Back out on the road, NYC Governor’s Ball and a handful of shows…it’s a whole new era for these two.”
