Seadeck’s Executive Chef Drew Bolton has prepared a custom VIVID menu that includes; lobster rolls (with cucamelon, celery and espelette pepper), gnocchi (with corn puree, mushrooms and parmesan), mac n’cini balls (with truffle mayo) and hot apple pie (with vanilla ice cream) all available during the cruise.
Onboard entertainment is provided by Zanerobe DJs and Cassette on Wednesday 8th and MC DD (a.k.a. Daimon Downey) and Handles feature on Thursday 9th June.
