In Session: H.O.S.H. (Diynamic)
Think of Diynamic and label founder Solomun springs to mind. So too the prodigal talent that is David August, red hot house duo Adriatique and brooding producer Stimming.
But, right at the core of the Hamburg crew that has gone global over the past few years, is H.O.S.H.. Though he’s been releasing on the imprint since its inception in 2006 (including an album, a slew of solo 12″s and collabs with Solomun and Stimming), he’s remained an understated presence – until now.
This summer, he has stepped out to hold things down for Diynamic in Ibiza. Over the season, he has been at the helm of his own boat party, called Forever Young, and also been a top billing at Diynamic’s new outdoor party at Destino. While the German gang have spent previous seasons at Sankeys Ibiza (with the boss Solomun continuing his residency at Pacha), 2014 saw them take to the sea and party beneath the stars, creating something a little more unique, and H.O.S.H. has been key to that.
An assured producer and DJ, he’s come into his own this year, which is why we Mixmag him up for an exclusive In Session mix.
