This set was recorded on Return To Rio’s show on Bondi Radio which is becoming a station to to tune into if you like your underground house and techno with many of Sydney’s biggest party brands joining the new Bondi Radio family including Let The People Dance.
Return To Rio aka “The Ultimate Weekend Away in Australia” is a three-day festival, which takes over Wisemans Ferry (an hour and a half north of Sydney) each November. Knowing that sound and production are so important to the festival experience what Return To Rio deliver is nothing short of world class production over 3 stages. The line ups of past have included some of the best artists in the world; Carl Cox, Mr C, Dixon, DJ EZ, Atish and more. What makes it worthy of the “Best Weekend Away” status over being considered a boutique festival is all it’s other offerings; there’s water skiing, crazy golf, fancy dress fun, tropical cocktails, a giant jumping cushion, kangaroos hopping around, cabin parties, pool parties and more. You can see how it would get that reputation. We’ve personally witnessed every one in the last 3 years and in our opinion it’s definitely allowed to make that claim and highly reccomended. We can’t wait for the announcement for what 2017 has in store for us!
